Hudson Taylor University (HTU) participates in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA), which establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance education courses and programs. Through participation in SARA, HTU is authorized to offer distance education programs to students in other SARA member states.

Steps:
1. Informal Resolution
Contact the instructor or administrator via Populi or official HTU email to discuss the concern.
2. Director Review
Submit a written grievance to:
○ Director of Student Affairs (non-academic concerns), or
○ Director of Academic Affairs (academic concerns).
3. Joint Committee Review (if necessary)
Directors may review the complaint jointly and issue a written decision.
4. Presidential Review
If unresolved, a written grievance may be submitted to the President.
A final written decision will be issued within 10 business days.
All grievances must be filed within 30 days of the original issue. Records of grievances are maintained by the Office of the President.
